There are many varieties of Tassos® Olives, but the same care goes into every olive that carries the Tassos® name. They are hand-picked from our vistas of olive groves in the wind swept countryside outside of Salonica. These olives are selected for size and quality, inspected twice after the curing process. And any olive with a blemish is discarded. Not in my jar!
We cure the olives the traditional way, preserving the olives natural variations in color. We would never add pesticides or chemicals to preserve our olives, and we don't load them down with all that salt because that's just bad for you!
The tender loving care we put into our olives, along with some very special brine recipes is why Tassos® Olives are making a very big splash in the market today. Excellent olives make for excellent flavor.
