Product Description
Our bees are not promiscuous. They are devoted to the thyme plant and so the honey is single-source (mono-floral). Very rich and thick honey with amber color and notes of Thyme. This honey includes Butterfly walnuts, meaning the nut is extracted whole from the shell. If the nuts fall apart then we don’t use them. Not only does it eat better, it also looks better. Perfect for baking or for an ice-cream topping but you should also try it on Yogurt!
