This is for the Olive Oil Lover. On a scale of flavor ranging from one olive to whole olive tree, this olive oil is like getting the whole olive tree. Peppery and Very Fruity, we recommend this olive oil for dipping and salads, but at home we use it for frying as well. It is very high quality and has a very low smoke point (burns off quickly). So, if you plan on deep-frying (or using high heat) with extra virgin olive oil, then you'll want this larger size.
