Our Organic Black Olives are matured naturally and actually have variations in color. These are not Green Olives simply made to look black, like the ones you might buy in tin can. These are actual Black olives. They are low in salt and preserved in red-wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. They carry the Organic seal of the USDA.
