I have always preferred Tassos Greek olive oil over the Spanish and Italian varieties for flavor and color. I was so pleased when my grocery store started carrying the organic version. Unfortunately, a glut of organic and specialty olive oils drove Tassos from the shelves. A clear case of managerial and consumer ignorance. I'm happy to find that despite my demographically challenged location, I can order a case directly from Tassos and bypass the store altogether. Thanks for a such great product!

My husband and I discovered Tassos® Extra Virgin Olive Oil at least five years ago and love the rich, sweet olive taste! We find it more flavorful than Italian or Spanish oil. It adds such a wonderful depth of flavors - from dipping in into crusty Italian :) bread to sautéing. Drizzled over salads or used to make basil pesto, it is truly a work of art! When we discovered the organic version, we found it still packed the same full-bodied nuances to which we had become accustomed! We accept nothing less. (Posted on 8/10/09)
