I stumbled upon these at Costco and became hooked on them immediately. I was wondering what else I could do with them besides eat them right out of the jar. I went back to Costco to buy more but for whatever reason, they are no longer available. I prefer a local store to buying online to satisfy my immediate needs. This product is absolutely the best. One of my talents is creating soups. When I returned from CostCo with a jar of Tassos Fire Roasted Red Peppers, I was inspired to create a tomato fire roasted pepper soup. It turned out fantastically. My family raved about it. Returning to CostCo with the intent of stocking up on these colorful jars, I discovered ZIP. They were no longer on the shelf. I have since made the soup with other red pepper product, but the soup is not the same. I keep asking CostCo when is the Tasso product returning, but there's no sign of it. Please take my appeal to the powers that be. I shop at two San Diego CostCo locations: Merena Blvd, and the Carlsbad

I find that the vinegar is too sharp. I dilute the liquid with water and this makes the product less vinegary. (Posted on 1/13/11)

A jar of Florinas Roasted Peppers once tried is impossible to forget; the awesome taste tantalizes the pallet like caviar.Snitching a taste before dinner is criminal but worth the risk.
