My husband and I discovered Tassos® Extra Virgin Olive Oil at least five years ago and love the rich, sweet olive taste! We find it more flavorful than Italian or Spanish oil. It adds such a wonderful depth of flavors - from dipping in into crusty Italian :) bread to sautéing. Drizzled over salads or used to make basil pesto, it is truly a work of art! When we discovered the organic version, we found it still packed the same full-bodied nuances to which we had become accustomed! We accept nothing less.
