On a scale of flavor ranging from one olive to the whole olive tree, this olive oil is like getting the whole olive tree. Peppery and Very Fruity, we recommend this olive oil for dipping and salads. It is green in color with a very high quality and a very low smoke point (burns off quickly). The glass bottle is tinted green to offer some protection from Sunlight, and helping to preserve its quality and emerald green color. If you do plan on using this olive oil for deep-frying (or high heat), then we suggest you select our Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the 3 Liter size (its cheaper by the ounce, and you get a lot more).
