Tassos® Bruschetta Tassos® Bruschettas, created from family recipes, have a base of olives and Tassos® Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Each flavor includes the addition of natural vegetables, herbs or cheese. This multi-purpose product can be used to compliment sandwiches, omelets, pizza, or vinaigrettes. It may also be served as an appetizer spread on crackers.
