The Tassos Company’s Terms of Use (“Terms”) contain the terms on which we supply content, products or services listed on our website (www.tassos.com) and all Tassos Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Channel and any Google+ accounts (collectively referred to herein as the “Sites”) owned and operated by The Tassos Company (“Tassos,” “we,” “our” or “us”).

The Sites are intended for our community members to connect to and learn about Tassos through information, pictures and/or video concerning products, to purchase and/or programs now or in the future. Our goal is to provide useful and interesting content about our company, allow you to locate and purchase Tassos’ products, and to foster an open and respectful dialogue relating to the specific products and/or topics covered in our posts, blogs and/or tweets and other multi-media venues.
Community Guidelines
We may, in our sole discretion, delete any user content at any time. To the extent applicable, we also reserve the right to block any user that fails to follow these Terms.
Examples of inappropriate or off-topic messages include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Harmful language will not be tolerated. Defamatory, malicious, obscene, intimidating, discriminatory, harassing or threatening comments or hate propaganda;
- Calls to violence of any kind;
- Activity that violates any law or regulation;
- Attempts to target Tassos or Tassos Followers to offer goods or services, of either a commercial or private nature;
- Spam directed at Tassos or any of Tassos Followers, including any form of automatically generated content or repeatedly posting the same content;
- Content that includes nutritional, health care or medical advice that may be unsolicited and/or unverified;
- Content deemed to constitute an unapproved use of any of our products or is otherwise false or misleading;
- Any potential infringement upon any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, brand names, trade names, logos, copyrights or trade secrets of any person, business or place;
- Other content deemed to be off-topic or to disrupt the purposes of the channel, its Followers and its sense of community and acceptance; and
- Content posted by false or anonymous users.
Our Sites are not the appropriate place to resolve issues, complaints or suggestions about individual sales and service experiences or our products. This does not mean we do not want to hear about such issues, but these types of concerns are best handled by trained representatives. Comments may be forwarded to other Tassos departments and personnel to ensure appropriate follow-up.

Purchase Qualifications
To make a purchase on the Tassos website, you must comply with these Terms. You agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and other activities that occur under your name and/or account. The Sites sell products only to those users who can legally make purchases with a credit card. Purchases are only allowed by individuals over the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders or terminate accounts, at any time in our sole discretion.
Fees and Services
By using the Tassos website, you agree to pay the product price and shipping fees as presented at the time of purchase. You will have an opportunity to review and accept the final amount for the purchase prior to payment. Tassos may change pricing policies and shipping fees at any time and any changes shall be effective immediately. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are in U.S. Dollars.
Rewards-Loyalty Programs and Promotions
Any customer loyalty or rewards program sweepstakes, contests, surveys or other promotions made available through Tassos, may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Use. Payment Terms and Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards and certain debit cards as forms of payment. By submitting an order through the Sites, you authorize Tassos to charge the account you specify for the purchase amount. All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars. We do not store credit card information.

Tassos products are available to you through the tassos.com website. By purchasing any products, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Return and Refund Policy. This policy is subject to change without prior written notice at any time; therefore, you should review this policy prior to each purchase so you will understand the terms applicable to such transactions. Limitation of Liability

Termination of Access/Account
If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these Terms we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to our sites immediately and without prior notice.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2) (“DMCA”), MLB has designated to the U.S. Copyright Office an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement relating to the Sites (“Designated Agent”). Headings. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the entire understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between you and Tassos regarding its subject matter, and may not be amended, altered or waived.
