Sundried Tomato Dip



This is a creamy dip just bursting with flavor – mellow yet bold. With all the scrumptious tastes and goodness of summertime, it is meant to be shared year around. With the aroma of fresh herbs and sunshine, its smooth and creamy spreadability is perfect on any favorite bread, cracker or chip. It also warms well for quesadillas and baked potatoes.

Try it with a glass of Chardonnay.

Note from Tassos: The popularity of sundried tomatoes unfortunately lowered their quality, rushing low quality, sawdust tasting tomatoes into commercial dehydrators.  This created a product that was bitter, with floppy flesh and leached out flavor.  Our sundried tomatoes are of an heirloom grown variety and authentically sun dried. What a treat quality brings to your dishes!



  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Tassos® Sundried Tomatoes, patted dry with a paper towel
  • ¼ cup Tassos® Fire Roasted Whole Sweet Florinas Peppers, patted dry with a paper towel
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • fresh basil or parsley

Cooking Directions


Place the first eight ingredients in a food processor and cover and process until blended. Add green onions. Cover and pulse until blended.


Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve with your favorite bread, crackers, chips, or vegetable spears.
