The Tassos Group is a supporter of the Costco Scholarship Fund since 2014.  The College Success Foundation (CSF) provides a unique integrated system of supports and scholarships to inspire underserved, low-income students to finish high school, graduate from college and succeed in life.  

The Tassos Group, LLC is deeply privileged to participate in supporting the CSF and through the power of collective impact, over 11,000 CSF Scholars have graduated from college.

Ronald McDonald House Charities help relieve some of the financial burdens for families with children in medical need. They offer House Programs, Family Room Programs and Care Mobile Programs to the underserved around the world.

Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children around the globe since 1978. Feed My Starving Children helps provide nourishing food, educational programs, humanitarian aid, medical supplies, and educational opportunities for underprivileged children.

ST. BALDRICK'S FOUNDATION, 2018

St. Baldrick’s Foundation founders, John Bender and Enda McDonnell, chose in 1999 to give back for their good fortune in business by shaving their heads to raise monies to help fight childhood cancer. Today, St. Baldrick’s donors and volunteers have enabled the foundation to fund over $305 million in grants, providing more funding to childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Dr. Dino Samartzis, Director of the International Spine Research and Innovation Institute presents Tassos Chronopoulos, CEO & Founder of The Tassos Group, LLC with an ISSLS Certificate of Appreciation

The Tassos Group participated as a sponsor of the 44th Annual Meeting of the International Society for the Study of the Lumbar Spine (ISSLS) in Athens, Greece in the late spring of 2017.

According to the World Health Organization's Global Burden of Disease Study 2016, low-back pain is one of the world’s leading causes of disability. Formed in 1974, ISSLS research and clinical study has done more to advance the study of low-back pain and disability than any other organization. Their fundraising campaign provides research funding and travel grants to research trainees, young investigators, and researchers from areas of the world under-represented in ISSLS.

THE TASSOS GROUP RECEIVES ‘THE BREATH OF LIFE’ AWARD, 2013

During the Grand Chef’s Gala in Chicago, The Tassos Group, LLC was honored with the Breath of Life Award from the Greater Illinois Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for making a significant difference in the lives of those with cystic fibrosis and for inspiring others to do as well.

Established in 1955, the foundation has played an integral role in the development of four approved therapies that are now a routine part of CF treatment. The foundation is actively supporting more than 30 potential new developing treatments for this inheritable chronic disease.

Our philanthropic initiative to be civically involved through individual action and its combined efforts in health, children, education, the armed forces, veterans and their families, the arts and the overall community, the Tassos Group, LLC continues its work to make a significant difference in the lives of those afflicted with cystic fibrosis.

The Tassos Group, LLC received Costco Wholesale’s Super Miracle Maker’s Award for its fund raising and contributions to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals that supports research and training, purchase equipment, and to pay for uncompensated care.

Since 1983, the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $4.7 billion, most of it $1 at a time, for 170 children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada.
