Each time you log into your Tassos rewards account, purchase the minimum requirement of $20 or up to 18 jars of Tassos product and ship to one single location, you receive the flat rate of $11.99 (UPS ground service). At Tassos we strive to provide a first-class experience to our customers and if that means you need to return or exchange an item purchased at tassos.com, we are here to help. HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
To make a change or cancel your order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-482-7767. You have until 3:00 pm CST the day after your order was placed to contact us about a change or cancellation. After that time, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. We take pride in packing and shipping your order quickly. Orders that come in by 11:00 a.m. CST on any business day will ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

To return or exchange a tassos.com purchase, contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-482-7767 within 14 days from the date of purchase. For approved returns, your refund will be returned to your method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded on a return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We take great care with our packaging. If you do receive product that is damaged, take a picture of the item with your phone and send it to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after receipt of order. We may request the item be returned to Tassos. If this is the case, we assist you with shipping the items back to us in the original packing material.
