It takes time and care to create a truly sublime Balsamic Vinegar and we do that by using an old-world barrel aging method that takes years.
We selected a red wine blend of three internationally acclaimed Greek grapes as the base of this aged vinegar. Our barrel aging is an ancient fermentation method, in which the wine evaporates through progressively smaller cherry, mulberry and juniper wood barrels.
At the end, the resulting Balsamic Vinegar has undertones of spice and plums, light smoky flavors of cherry, mulberry and juniper and a fresh fruit aroma.
