Dirty Infused Vodka with Olive Ice Cubes



The cocktail revival brings back this fun, artisanal and oh, so easy recipe for flavor infusing vodka. Olive infused vodka takes out measuring the vodka to the olive juice for all your dirty cocktails.

Infusing vodka is too simple. Add the few ingredients in a jar and let it stand, either on your kitchen counter or in the pantry for a well-balanced vodka. Store for 3 to 7 days. Periodically shake the jar. Tasting will let you know when it is ready.

Like all good cooking, starting off with quality ingredients such as our olives and brine or olive juice make all the difference. The sodium content is the lowest and the fruit flavor really shines through.



• 3 c vodka

• 1 c juice from Tassos® Olives or Tassos® Olive Juice

• 1 jar Tassos® Olives, your choice

Cooking Directions


Fill a large glass jar with vodka and olive juice.

Cover jar tightly and place in a cool, dark place for 3–5 days.

Put olives in ice cube tray or other similar receptacle, cover with water, and freeze.


Pour infused vodka over olive ice cubes.
