The marmalade is THE VERY BEST. This is our 2nd yr getting this marmalade for gifts and truly a treat. Plus keeping a jar always on hand here in our pantry for ourselves. Please don't stop making this.

We are hooked on your fig preserves. The best fig preserves we have since the homemade preserves my husband’s mother use to made. We love them warm biscuits, toast, even peanut nut butter and preserves sandwiches. I also use it glaze ham and pork loins with. It’s the closest thing to fresh figs we have found. We also love your other products too like the stuff olives. Thank you for making quality items.

I am so happy to have found this fig marmalade! As a child my great aunt had a beautiful fig tree that produced a lot of fruit! She made fig jam. I also made it throughout the years , when I had access to figs. The price of figs is quite high now. I’ve never been satisfied with other fig jams I have purchased. I am so so happy to have found Tasso’s fig marmalade! Just like my Aunt Peachy’s!!!??

I use this with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and herbs to make an amazing salad dressing. I am sure it would be delicious with some cheeses as well.

I am not a jam person, but when I tasted this one “oh! My God!” I like it in every way and I used it to make Brie in a cross. You you put the whole piece of cheese on th cross, cover the top of Brie with the figs marmelade and close the doe. Bake in the oven to let the cheese melt. Et Voilà! I got so many compliments over this! Try it!
