Happiness Is . . .

Happiness is finding Tassos no carb white balsamic vinegar to pair with my new eating habits!! I am eating Very Low carb now and was sad to let go of my usual store bought balsamic vinegar. And the white balsamic vinegar in the regular stores had added sugar. If you love balsamic vinegar, you’ll appreciate my happiness in finding Tassos’ no carb white balsamic vinegar while shopping for naturally low carb olives. Delicious!! Will continue buying it whether or not I am doing low carbs. Thank you, Tassos!

My secret ingredient

I love Tasso’s barrel-aged white balsamic vinegar on salad. Recipe: finely chopped garlic, vinegar (see above) and olive oil. I keep chopped garlic marinating in the vinegar in my fridge and add the olive oil at salad time. I’m moving out of state and I am so happy that Tasso will ship it to me.
