Of all the fine products Tassos provides these fire roasted florinas peppers are my favorite. They are good just by themselves or on rye rush Tassos provides or just plain toast.

I have been purchasing this product for many years and I love it. I will continue to do so. I just made a purchase of eight of them and one of them was broken and all the oil leaked thru the box. I hope this issue can be resolved placing the jars more on the center of the box and not top the outside.

I have used the fire roasted florinas peppers for years to replace the tomato sauce in Chili. I also use white chili beans instead of beans with tomatoes in them. Everyone raves about my chili and really cannot tell the difference. Anyone with citrus allergies would love this product! I use it to replace tomato ingredients in any recipe. Best ever substitute and allows me to have some of my favorite meals again. Highly recommended!
