Tassos Kalamata olives are the best I have ever tasted. I have been around the world, and these are in my top five. I love Mediterranean food, and add these to my cooking. My favorite breakfast is a Mediterranean omelet with Greek capers,Greek feta cheese, spinach, red onion, Tassos kalamata olives, garlic, oregano, & sundried tomatoes. It is a delight to be had. Kudos Tassos!

I followed the advice on a jar of your Pitted Kalamata olives by using the liquid to boil some already fried mushrooms and onions which were added to mashed potatoes. The potatoes received good reviews.
