This pasta sauce has a wonderful smoky flavor and is very thick without a lot of salt and sugar.

Love the rich, roasted eggplant flavor. Excellent for ground lamb bolognese sauce. I’ve also used it as pizza sauce for vegetable pizza. And, if you really love eggplant, a casserole made with layers of grilled eggplant slices, the sauce and mozzarella and/or feta.

Love the smoky, rich taste. Can’t wait to try it on pasta with ground meat & feta cheese with a crusty bread. Also try over grilled vegetables or fish. Maybe my brother can find some to mix with his other sauces for his delicious meat lasagna!

Our new go-to spaghetti sauce, or for any type of a meal using a red sauce. A distinct flavor, so much different from traditional red sauces, fresh, flavorful and delightful.... Thank You Tassos for another excellent product!
